ELVIS ON TOUR: PARKES ELVIS FESTIVAL 2027 PROGRAM ANNOUNCE

New shows, major concerts and Festival firsts revealed. World’s leading Elvis Tribute Artist, Dean Z, joins the party!

PARKES, NSW, AUSTRALIA, October 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- A whole lotta Elvis is coming to NSW’s Central West as the Parkes Elvis Festival returns from 6 to 10 January 2027 under the theme Elvis On Tour. This year’s festival marks 50 years since Elvis Presley’s passing, with Parkes set to host the world’s largest celebration of the King outside of Memphis.

Australia’s biggest and most awarded tribute festival will bring more than 200 events to Parkes, NSW, with over 30,000 visitors expected from across Australia and around the world. New Festival highlights include Dean Z’s two major outdoor concerts, the first-ever Festival appearance of 2027 Wall of Fame inductee Mark Andrew, and personal stories from Donna Presley in From My Heart. A new line-up of signature productions will bring fresh takes on Elvis, the people and eras that shaped his legacy, as the 2027 festival promises to be the largest, most spectacular and most significant in its history.

Parkes Elvis Festival Director/Producer Brendan Shipley said, “Elvis has a way of bringing people together, and for 34 years, the Festival has captured this essence of The King, bringing fans from all walks of life to our great town through their love of his music. That’s what makes Parkes Elvis Festival so special.

“For 2027, we’ve curated a program that gives audiences both the big Festival moments and more intimate experiences. I’m particularly looking forward to seeing the number one Elvis Tribute Artist take over Spicer Oval alongside a Live Orchestra, something we’ve never seen before in Parkes.

“I’m also thrilled to welcome back crowd favourites – new Feature Artist Charlie Gaylard and returning Feature Artist Taylor Rodriguez – as well as introduce exciting new events including Vegas After Dark and Miss Priscilla in Concert, which bring fresh energy and new perspectives to this legendary music. There’s so much for audiences to look forward to, and I can’t wait to see them all celebrating in Parkes again this January.”

Minister for Jobs and Tourism Steve Kamper said, “The Parkes Elvis Festival is a one-of-a-kind NSW success story, bringing tens of thousands of Elvis fans from around Australia and the world to the Central West every January.

“Now, 50 years after Elvis’ passing, the 2027 Festival is set to be bigger than ever, giving visitors another reason to make the trip to Parkes and experience the music, history and community that make this festival so special.

“The Minns Labor Government is investing in events that bring visitors to NSW, filling local hotels, restaurants, shops, and attractions while putting Parkes and the Central West on the world stage.”

At the heart of the 2027 entertainment line-up is Dean Z, recognised globally as the world’s leading Elvis Tribute Artist. He will take over Spicer Oval for two events: Dean Z: The Ultimate Elvis and Dean Z: EPIC, performing alongside the Southern Cross Symphony Orchestra and the Tributes in Concert Band, bringing the scale of a major concert production to NSW’s Central West. Performing with acclaimed Gamilaraay artist Mitch Tambo, the double-header will take audiences on a spectacular journey through the many eras of Elvis and is set to be among the Festival’s most sought-after tickets.
